Physicochemical Properties

a) Appearance: White to pale yellow color in the state of fibrous or powdery solid. Non-toxic and odorless.

b) Solubility: HEC is soluble in water and insoluble in the normal organic solvents.

c) PH Stability: Within the range of 2-12, the viscosity changes little. PH value out of this range, the viscosity decreases.

d) Property performance: HEC has the property performance of thickening, suspension, adhesive, emulsion, dispersion, water retention and protective colloid. And can be used for the solution preparation of different viscosity.

e) Activity: Being stable at normal temperature and pressure.

-Avoid high temperature, moisture and heat.

-With very good salt solubility for the dielectric, and its aqueous solution allows containing high concentrations of salts and has stable performance.

HEC can be widely used as adhesives, surfactant, protective colloids , dispersion, emulsifiers and dispersion stabilizers in the field of oil drilling, coating, inks, fibers, dyeing, paper making, cosmetics, pesticides, mineral, and pharmaceutical industry.

a) Packing:

- 25Kg each bag;

b) Storage& Transportation:

- No damage during the transportation.

- Protect from humidity, rain, sunlight, damp and wet.

- Put in dry and ventilated place During storage.

- Remainder must be promptly sealed and packed to prohibit from wet.
